Hi Donna,

I got my theme from Theme Worx which is a Ning site. You just join and there are tons to choose from. They have designers, and they are not Ning related, that make beautiful themes for their member's Ning page and you can use them anywhere on Ning.

Give it a try, so much changes weekly, they are really getting good.
